Amazon Aisles

On 12/05, we launched Project Aisles on IN Mobile App (Android & iOS) for all IN Consumables customers. Project Aisles is a mobile browse experience that makes it easy for customers to navigate between different Consumables product categories and discover relevant selection.

Within the ‘Aisles’ experience, customers can use the navigation bar and the category tabs at the top of the page to shop across categories, can expand the category cards to view relevant selection (basis previously purchased products, Amazon’s choice, Best Sellers, etc.) and can add-to-cart inline. For example, a customer adding a Diaper can continue to shop for Baby wet wipes and can quickly navigate to Baby Skincare category and buy a Baby lotion without having to individually search for these ASINs.

In US, four successful iterations of ‘Aisles’ experience were launched between Oct-17 and Jun-18. India Consumables team collaborated with CCX team to launch this experience for IN (first international launch outside US), by making Aisles MOQ-aware (Minimum Order Quantity), incorporating IN-specific use cases like displaying Maximum Retail Price (MRP) within Aisles and customizing the browse nodes to suit IN requirements.

Zillow Search

As Search Design Manager at Zillow, I led a team of five designers to reimagine the world's largest real estate search experience. I partnered with leadership across product and engineering to introduce innovative features like Natural Language Search, significantly simplifying how users discovered properties.

Additionally, I lead the team that Designed a reimagined homepage as a holistic hub guiding users seamlessly through each step of buying, selling, or renting homes. These initiatives enhanced usability, engagement, and positioned Zillow to better meet user needs at every stage of their real estate journey.
